If you ever go to Jasper, please visit Louise in her shop next to the Chamber of Commerce. Her art is beautiful and very reasonable. Louise has a generosity of spirit that glows through her. I asked if she had any musical intruments that I could purchace for my daughter Lisa who is a music teacher (yes all of you know this) She brought a mug with fiddles on it & said "I would be honored if you would give this to your daughter. This is the only item that I have with musical insturments"
Our lunch was awesome. Peter had meatloaf made of Elk (which were reintroduced to the area & are thriving) I had shrimp gumbo with brown rice at the Arkanssas House Inn & Cafe.
