We drove from Virginia Beach to Silver Springs MD to stay with our niece Beth Shannon and her fiance Doug Lilley.  

Beth fixed a lovely dinner of pork tenderloin with onions & apples/ brown rice (yum) and asparagus -It was so lovely to have a wonderful home cooked meal and a real bed to sleep in. We decided we would drive home on Tuesday-We had driven 4,500+ miles Visiting with our friends the Gregory's/ stopping at Unity Village to see the place that prints the Daily Word which has been inspiring us with wisdom for 30 years/ visiting with Marthe Grice & her family in Fayetteville / reuniting with Chef Phillipe Ducrot  in Little Rock/ discovering Arkansas's mountains/valleys/ Crystal Bridges Museum and Thorncrown chapel/ healing waters of Blue Springs and Hot Springs/ / rich farmland with fields of rice; soy beans & corn/ caves & an underwater sea in Sweetwater and then onto TN and the Smokey Mountains through Asheville NC and onto VA to visit Peter's sister Joan & 2 of her daughters & their families.  We are happy to have had the opportunity to visit with friends & family and Very happy to be home again.  Thanks for joining us on the trip
