Our reason for coming to Little Rock was to see Phillipe & Linda who in 2006 at the time of our 40th wedding anniversary owned Chez Ducrot in Plymouth MA. Peter spoke with Linda to arrrange to have dinner at the Chez Ducrot on the night of our 40th wedding anniversary. Linda & Peter spoke many times -she wanted to make sure it would be a perfect evening for us. We discovered when we arrived that we were the only customers. Chez Ducrot was not normally open on Sunday night. It was a magical night, that we cherish.
So what does that have to do with Little Rock? Because of health reasons they moved to Hot Springs. The baths & water brought Phillipe back to health.
He is now head chef of the Pulaski Culinary Institute & Linda is in charge of Hospitality. The new facility was built jabout 2 years ago.
Unfortunately Linda had a recertifiction class & was unable to join us for dinner that was put on by the Pulaski CIA graduating class
