East Canyon State Park UT

Some city driving through Provo UT, created a longer drive than we had expected.
The trail through the area was first traveled by the Donner/ Reed party in 1846 on their way to California.
Our original plan had been to tour Salt Lake City, but we decided to have a Sabbath day looking out at the lake. Peter took a run. & after brunch we took a walk down to a much depleted lake.
We took some videos that I hope to upload to Picassa when we are at George Grice's home in VA City MT 8/27 to 8/30.
