at St Alban's Circle in Newtown Square PA. (a pic of Bob the proprietor is below amongst the Halloween items that crowded their shelves) We had researched chairs that would go with our new dining room table that Lisa & Adam had given to us. The table is made from a red oak that was on the lot that we gave to them to build their home. The chairs were made by Irving, an Amish carpenter. They are all hand made & we received them January 9, 2013.
We stopped at The Landing in New Hope PA on the border of NY for lunch. A lovely spot on the Delaware river-outside seating on a sunny day. We had some rain the last day-as we did our first day. The weather for the trip was good-& usually glorious. We met a couple in an RV at the Danbury Rest Stop who were from Washington and they were planning to spend the night at the rest stop for the night as we did in Coos Bay OR.
