we arrived on the isle of Lewis with Alison & David on Sunday night after a lovely drive(which included SUN!) from Ellon to Ullapool. The ride that we took to Stornoway on Lewis took 2&1/2 hours--the same journey yesterday because of the storm took 7&1/2 hours!! We had a very relaxed day yesterday-going out for lunch at a little spot that had the history of Port Nis with all of the family history included in archived in 3 ring binders with pictures of the families who have lived here over the years.
